TERMS OF DELIVERY AND RETURN

Wear CNF ships to all European Union countries.

Spain and Portugal.

Shipments may be made by courier or by post.

Rest of the European Union.

Shipments to other European Union countries will be shipped via express courier.


Deadlines

All orders will be shipped the same day they are received, provided they are made before 14:00. Orders received after 14:00 pm will be shipped the next day. No shipments are made or Saturdays or Sundays.

Spain and Portugal:
Urgent Messaging: The deadline will be working 24-48 hours from receipt of order.

Rest of European Union:
Delivery time is 3-7 days.

Cost of Shipping

Spain and Portugal:

The cost of sending is of 4.95 Euros.

* The cost is independent of the number of items you ordered, so that asking for a greater number of products, you'll save on shipping.

* If the order exceeds 60 euros, shipping costs are free.


Rest of the European Union:

The cost of shipping is 9.5 Euros.

DEVULUCIONES POLICY IN CNF WEAR

In CNF Wear, our priority is that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased. Therefore, you can change any item you purchased, regardless of the reason.
You have 7 working days of receiving your order, to request a refund (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January the Retail Trade Act as amended by 47/2002 of 19 December.).
Do not worry if this term does not give you time to make the return shipment. With that you inform us, is sufficient.

Terms and Conditions on Returns
Below is the Terms and Conditions must be met to make a return:

• Products that are to be returned must be in the same condition they were sent. Should retain the original packaging, labels, guarantees.
• For reasons of hygiene, do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear.
• Unless the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, changes will be made by other products.
• If at the time of return there is no product that interests you, you keep the value of the returned product as a balance in your favor for an indefinite period, until you find a product to your liking.
• The shipping on the return shall be borne by the customer. Where the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, CNF Wear will pay shipping charges on return, sending the home transportation of the client without any cost to this.
